About me
Ernesto embodies diversity at its core. He was born and raised in Colombia, he lived and worked in the United States and Mexico and Finland. Ernesto is both creative and analytical. He holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology (1986) and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin (1996). He is the President of healthwords.ai, a healthcare AI platform. Before this, he was CEO at Radienz Living a Private Equity owned CPG company in NY and Chicago. Previously he was the Americas VP of Marketing for Novartis, responsible for iconic brands such as Excedrin and Theraflu and before that, he spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble, leading important businesses in Oral (Crest) Beauty (Pantene) and Home Care (Dawn). Ernesto is married to Renee and has 3 boys, Alex 25, Noah 25, and Jonathan 22. Family is his #1 priority. He is passionate about soccer, which he played in college and professionally. He is pragmatic and while an introvert, believes in the positive power of people. He sits in the board of the Cincinnati JCC and Clinova Corp. (UK Health Co.). He is also a Trustee for the Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati.
