Professor Efrat Bron-Harlev is a former Israeli Air Force officer, pediatric intensive care specialist, and Harvard Kennedy School graduate. She has led Schneider Children's since becoming CEO in 2020, driving significant growth and elevating the hospital into a leading center of pediatric innovation.
